Who is your teacher?
My name is Carina, and I’m a Brazilian Portuguese teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese and English Literature, with a teaching qualification. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in Multilingual Teaching and extra courses in language acquisition at the University of São Paulo. With over 7 years of teaching experience, I’ve taught both in-person and online classes to students from more than 35 countries around the world. I speak English and truly passionate about learning new languages (l’m learning Spanish now).’ve traveled to many different states across Brazil, deepening my knowledge of the country’s diverse cultures and people. My approach blends real-life communication and cultural immersion, because I believe language is about living, not just learning.
